Why should you trust me with your dog?
I take my responsibility for other’s pets very seriously; I treat every dog as my own. I have years of experience with my own dogs, including dogs I’ve worked with in veterinary settings and kennel settings, as well as my own dog walking and sitting. I also have a soft spot for the old guys, taking special care of their needs.
What do you enjoy about working at Active Dog?
I’ve always loved animals since a young age thanks to my parents and when I started volunteering as a preteen, I loved it. I can’t dream of doing anything else. I get to be outside and I get to make new doggy friends every day!
What did you do before you worked at Active Dog and why did you decide to work with dogs?
I have been involved in volunteering with rescue groups since I was about 12 years old. I went to school to get my Veterinary Assistant certificate and have since worked at an emergency vet, as well as working at kennel/boarding facilities and have done lots of my own dog walking and dog sitting.

⭐️Dog of the Week⭐️ COOPER
Cooper has been hiking with AD for a little over a year now and how glad we are that he joined our pack! This beautiful bouncing boy is always ready to welcome the van with a ball 🎾 in his smiling mouth, and leads the pack on the trails (especially when it comes to finding mud puddles!)
