Why should you trust me with your dog?
I’ve always been a dog person and have considered dogs more as friends than just animals. I’ve had 4 dogs of my own and would do anything for them and I believe all dog owners would appreciate that same love towards their dogs. I’ve always been called in times were per care or pet guidance was needed with friends and family. I’m just as happy to see the new furry friends as they’re excited to get outside and running.
What drew you to work at Active Dog?
Favorite type of dog
My favorite kind of dog is a rescue! I love to help the dogs that need help and that can use a little extra love and attention!
Favorite season to hike in
My favorite season to hike in is Fall! The weather is perfect for me and the dogs! The fall foliage is also a beautiful sight!
Do you have any pets of your own?
I do have a pet of my own named Ocean! She’s a sweet and shy Doberman mix who I love dearly and is the absolute best!
What’s your favorite way to spend the day/weekend off?
I love spending my days off with my dog Ocean! We love to take really long walks and meet up with the neighborhood dogs for some play time!
What did you do before you worked at Active Dog and why did you decide to work with dogs?
Before working at Active Dog I worked in Manhattan as a Dispatch Supervisor in a shelter for migrants. Before working there I was working at another dog company so having that experience made me realize I want to work with dogs again!
Having worked with people in need and with dogs I, felt like I was a great fit for this company. I messaged Eric and here I am today, hiking with dogs and loving every moment of it!
