Colin Albanese
Expert Dog Hiker
I take a lot of personal responsibility for any dog under my care and treat them as if they were my own. Every career in my past has been on a management level so treating every dog as an individual with their own needs is a priority of mine. Every dog is a family member to someone, and I take pride in giving them the best experience possible while keeping them safe and cared for.
Not only is it an opportunity to get out every day and enjoy nature and wildlife, but seeing dogs’ enjoyment of a day well spent is all the satisfaction I need in the world. Seeing how dogs interact in a pack-like manner relative to their not-so-distant cousins, wolves, truly makes me appreciate how their minds work and the impact of the social bonds they form.
My previous career was as a General Manager at a music school and, while I do have a love for music, getting back outside every day and working with canines has a much more fulfilling impact.
Here’s a look at what’s happening on our nature hikes. We post photos and videos for every hike.
