Why should you trust me with your dog?
This isn’t my first rodeo! I have been working with dogs from daycares, grooming, training, and rescues for a total seven years. I am comfortable dealing with dogs from all sizes, breeds and temperaments. Along with having a fun and fulfilling time on the hike, my top priority is the safety of all the pups! Under my care they will be treated as my own!
What do you enjoy about working at Active Dog?
The best part about working with Active Dog is the face the pup has when they see us Hikers picking them up. They know it’s going to be a great day! The structured off leash hike is so much more enriching for the pups than the run of the mill daycares I have worked at in the past. From chasing each other along the trail, or swimming in the streams or sunbathing on a rock, these pups are living their best lives!
What did you do before you worked at Active Dog and why did you decide to work with dogs?
Right before Active Dog I worked in several research greenhouses in Colorado where we did breeding and genetics of wheat and corn plants. However, before agriculture I worked with dogs for a total of seven years!
